After eating less for several weeks, and weight not changing, I was thinking this controlled weight gain, with a view to my body adjusting to not thinking I'm starving it, might have been foolish as I put it on easily, but can't take it off easily.
I've upped my exercise to 1.5 hours (I'm retired), treadmill and doing some weights each day. So the scales may reflect extra muscle, but I'm not doing a lot of weights, so I doubt it will make a lot of difference.
Today I have dropped a little. So I'll keep trying. I may have to accept this extra fat around the middle. I'm not a big person but this has to be unhealthy to have a Homer Simpson belly.
