Tough weekend for maintaining or losing weight. There was the wedding on Saturday, and Sunday PM our great-grandson had his 1st birthday party. So,...lots of bad carbs and other stuff over the weekend. This is a temporary weight gain, and today, it is back to exercising and eating what I should. Everyone keep focused, keep exercising, and losing / maintaining for your weight goals. God is good !!
