Well I'm on Day 5 and so far so good. My kids & grands are still here but I have resisted temptation so far.... I feel good, I'm a bit annoyed at myself that I have let ME get to this point. Especially since my uniform was tight yesterday and I just don't like that! I don't want to ask my supervisor for the next size up. My next duty at that job is scheduled for July 4 so I NEED to stay on this woe and drop some ###'S before then so I don't feel like a 'lump' in my uniform. That is just about 2 weeks so I know I would feel so much better and more comfortable at at least 5 pounds less, 10 would be ideal. So I NEED to stay with this and I better add some exercise to the mix, I've been laxed on that respect.
