Journal de smithersboy, 22 juin 23

I'd got down to 63.3 a week ago, then up again, but this morning I'm 63kg. I can definitely see the difference around my middle. I've also been doing exercises that are supposed to help with a flat tummy, probably bunkum, but heck, it doesn't hurt to do another exercise each day, ten minutes. I'm a sucker for a quick fix, and what's the harm? I do know I'll fluctuate up and down, and that's quite normal, but at least the general direction is slowly down.

I'm slowly accepting that with my weights work, even though I'm not doing intensive weights work, my muscles will affect the scales I need to not worry about the scales so much. To be honest, having a flatter tummy is all I really want. I don't want to be skinny. I want to be healthy.
