OK! I stayed with my woe, for the most part, just added a itty bit of creamy dressing to some celery yesterday to help my intense cravings. PLUS I was good at the class last night and resisted the bagged (chips, Doritos, crackers) snacks that were out for everyone. That was the most difficult part of the day! I looked, was tempted, but quickly walked away. Then 'listening' to others 'crunch' their 'treats' was not an easy thing to go through. Not many people would understand that, but I'm sure there are others here that can relate. Then the drive home, passing the fast food places & not stopping was not easy! I need to get gas and purposively put it off until today so I wouldn't stop at a jiffy for gas for my car and junk food & a bottle of wine for me. Maybe part of it was I did not work yesterday and it was too HOT to do much else. I was going to go to the library and enjoy their AC but just didn't want to go anyplace, until my class. When I did get home I had some cantaloupe but that is on my woe, so I feel good about it :-) today I do work so it may be easier to stay true to my woe. I will pack my lunch & snacks so I'm not tempted by anything else the others bring into the office, which I'm normally pretty good at. Only thing I do allow myself is coffee with SF Hazelnut creamer, which probably isn't that good for me, but it isn't as bad as other things!
