It's been a horrible week emotionally, because we had to euthanize our 9 year old dog due to liver and spleen cancer. We had no clue at all. We found out he had cancer one day and had to euthanize him the next.

He went downhill so fast, but at least we got to spend the afternoon loving him and saying our goodbyes to him.

There was nothing we could've done, it was terminal, but it's still really hard to say goodbye to a family member. He's been with us since he was a pup. Everyone misses him so much.

Sorry to hear this, it’s very painful and upsetting losing a pet. 9 years is a good life span for a dog, he must have been well looked after ❤️

dreading the day I say goodbye to my little Bailey, my last gift from my mum, she made me promise to look after him when she died n he's our little king he's just lived so much xx

So sorry for your loss you did the best for your fur baby right to the end . He is at Rainbow bridge now pain free . You will always miss him and can never replace him it’s 8 years since we had to do it for our boy we had him 13 years .I feel your pain x

Hi Mitzi80, sorry about your beloved dog, but you have do the right thing. Letting him go is not easy but he is now not suffering. You will get over the loss of your dog. Greave as much as you need to you'll feel better for it in the end. Best wishes Merry. 🤩
