Thanks everyone, and this A.M. another 8/10 came off. I am certainly grateful the weight has dropped. We'll see what tomorrow brings. I did not get the change to exercise today, though was doing something physical. Tuesday is a golf day, so there will be some good calories burnt though not as much as if I had done some hardcore exercise.
