I've gained one kg since my dog passed away. I know it's because of the grief.
I haven't felt much like myself lately and I haven't been doing the things that need to be done. I've skipped workouts and made bad food choices (quick dinners instead of proper meals).
I know it's "only" a kg, but it's how the backsliding starts. I'm going to stop that before it can go any further.
I've had my healthy breakfast this morning and I'm sitting here in my workout clothes ready to hit the treadmill! Time to get back on track! 👍
