More or less what I expected after a weekend of debauchery and shenanigans. The weekends have been a bit unhinged lately. Time to reel them back in before it get too out of hand.

In the meantime, more wisdom from Tim McGraw on the subject:

“Practice acceptance: Look yourself in the eye, accept where you are starting from today, and give those thoughts of how you used to be or what else you could be doing right now over to some imaginary keeper for a while. Tell them you’ll come back to them later.”
