Wednesday Weigh-in. Not much to see here! 0.3 lbs from the other day. Which is basically nothing but a normal daily fluctuation. But that’s fine. As long as the body fat percentage is moving in the right direction, which it still is. That is my main goal. Not the specific number on the scale.
