It’s water weight it should go away as quick as it came. Don’t worry about it.
I used to weigh-in daily and had variations of +\- 1.5kgs depending on food/drink/exercise/sleep… Long trend was good but from one day to the next it was a rollercoaster.
Maybe you could try weighing yourself weekly and see if that works for you?
