Although we will have another very large 12 family-member dinner today and tomorrow, I just HAD to begin to ease back on everything. The Pure Protein shake this A.M. started my day. It certainly has done the trick. I no longer feel bloated. Yes, probably the same feeling just about everyone else has felt for the past few days. 1 Pure Protein shake, 19 g of prunes, 2 floz of OJ (my regular consumption), and 3 tbsp of fat free 1/2 & 1/2 in my 3 mugs of coffee. Frankly, I'll probably have another shake for lunch. The bike is being missed, and I'll begin that again on Thursday when everyone leaves. It has been a wonderful several days of having family in the house,....4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and 2 daughters & their husbands. Everyone have a great time this week, and start afresh as you eat the last of our holiday meals. God is good !!
