Another 1lb put on in the last two weeks oh dear!
Going have to cut the cappuccinos, ice cream,fruit juices and replace them with Green Tea,yogurt and fresh fruit and water!
All must get more stressed instead of being relaxed must visit the town centre more often and see the scum of Worthing?

Thank you Mel for leaving a message on my journal you are a very nice person totally different to me I handle grief in a different way to you as a result broke my humerus and shoulder.
