What the hell?????? How did I manage to gain so much in 2 weeks of holiday 😭😭😭😭 so upset, mad and disappointed 😭😭😭 I definitely won’t lose 7 kg by summer omg 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Depending on what you were eating, a lot of that could be water retention from increased salt intake. Don't panic!

On holiday I ate everything I wanted and really a lot.. but then when I’m back I had a week of a good diet and went to the gym 4 times.. so I thought a week would be enough to get rid of water and some gained weight..

After a lot of ✨️ delicious ✨️ food, I could gain 1.5 kg a day, just because my intestines were storing up water to digest it 😖

Easy done.I do the same,go to my home country and maybe for two days I’m ever so good.Then I can’t resist all the foods I grew up with.So scoff the lot and after a week come home with 2 or 3 extra kilos.
