Had a body composition scan and exercise test to see what my metabolism is like and my body fat percentage in various body areas. With the results of this, my dietitian has tweaked things a little. My resting metabolism is low(ish) and I'm doing some weights (light to start with) to try to change this. I will try to build my muscle weight and lose fat weight. I need to drop maybe 3 to 5 kilos but it needs to be fat and not muscle, so I need to work at this by starting to build muscle. And he's also tweaked my calorie intake. I have two targets now. One for days when I exercise, another lower target for days when I do nothing. Will see how that changes things.
