So, yesterday I was 58.9 and thinking finally something is working. I've been careful with my intake and this morning I'm 60kg. I know weight can fluctuate with lots of influences (water, toilet trip) and I wonder if I should not weigh myself every morning, but I find it motivating to weigh every morning.
