after gaining a whopping 5lb at weekend it's take me from Monday to get it back off. Tuesday was hard as was so hungry and yesterday went dizzy, hot and had banging headache all day which didn't go till had a bit of sugar :/ I must stop going in this cycle. as soon as I drop a good amount I seem to binge on rubbish making me feel I'll and bloated and annoyed with myself
