Very happy that my little plateau seems to have moved. I'm down to a weight that gives me some leeway. Seeing my dietitian today. Might get down to 55kg and then increase calories so I don't keep losing, but not too much as I don't want to gain weight.
I'm not sure why I can go up 1kg overnight and then take a week or more to lose it again. Perhaps this is normal?
