ok, well the scale didn't go down as much as I expected (been away from a scale while I was out of town) but hey, no worries, I'm still in small/moderate mode on the sticks and I feel good and my clothes continue to get looser. I haven't measured in over a week, so I'll get to that this weekend. AND I'll ride my bike this weekend. I really enjoyed my time away and one of those enjoyments was my twice a day bike ride. When I first got there I rode and the pain I had been experiencing in my neck and collarbone (I have one that protrudes alittle, strange and painful at times but the doc says there is not much I can do about it, just get it pushed back every once in awhile) anyway when I rode my bike I could just feel the stress and pain ease away and by the end of the ride it was gone! Now some of that may have been since I was away from the focus of the stress (work, family etc) but I think riding also had some other benefits. SO since I can't fit it in during the week, the weekend is going to have some time reserved for ME time!
