End of the first day of summer school. So much fun. The college has a terrific arboretum so I was able to get there early enough to walk for 30 minutes, went to class and then to one of my gyms and swam for 45 minutes. Now I’m home and time to think about dinner. WHEN I have a class in the late morning and one after lunch I just pack my little lunch box and eat over at the arboretum. Nice and relaxing. Today’s class was on Fascism and nationalism and the future of democracy. Very scary.

You are right. Anyone who has red hair, any place in the world has a Viking ancestor. Russia, France,the UK and even Some Chineese carry that gene.North East coast of the USA as well. Those boys really got around. Excellent sailors, builders, engineers. Where abouts do you live Doobrie? I am in Southern California. Just 3 miles from Disneyland. I had my DNA sequenced-- I carry more Neanderthal DNA than 70% of the world's population. My friends were not surprised. I wonder what makes them say that. Hehehe.

Lol Kenna! With all your studying, I don't believe you have much Neanderthal in you 😂. I don't have red hair but my eldest son has some red whiskers in his beard! Must be from me or my hubby (who had blond hair before he went white). I had dark brown hair when I was young. One of my granddaughters has red hair but I think she gets that from the grandmother on her maternal side. Anyway, I live in the county of Hertfordshire around 20 miles north of London. I've never been to So Cal but I lived in Detroit for 16 months many, many, years ago 🙂
