I do eat a lot of calories on the weekends too, not to much food, I eat a little plates with thousands of calories 😐🐷

I only like recording drops, to be honest. Just be concerned if there is no recording after a week or two lol. Raising my weight just raises how much I can eat. I'd rather keep that as low as possible.

I tend to over eat a little on the weekends too and it sucks because those are my rest days. Its mostly because I end up going out to eat with the kiddos. BUT, I may switch one of my active days so that I can take a boxing or kick boxing class on Saturdays might help me to control my diet on my rest days since they won’t be consecutive days. Still researching classes though. Do you work out on weekends?

Yes, but I may miss a day on occasion. Using those extra calories on Monday makes the overeating not seem so bad though. I end up looking my best after I overeat lol. I always have the best pump from it. I was up 5 pounds and it looked like it was mostly in my traps, chest, and arms. Back on it now though. My body seems to love the lower 180's, on a mission to get to 170 something now.

I don't really have planned rest days ever. There are simply days where I don't lift as heavy.

I haven't tracked that in a while but I just checked some old workouts that I did track on bb.com and yeah, ranges from 40-80k.
