Yep! I waited for a year to feel better, get my energy back and lose weight. I ended up being just as tired, still felt crappy and gained weight! Said to heck with that and started eating better, smaller portions and being more active. I feel better, have most of my energy back and lost weight (30#+ in 9 months)! Gotta work for it 😉
