Oh, not carbs! I only eat 450-500 a day. The bananas are in the front of the cart. This was only 1/3 of the way through our shopping.

I think it's more a matter of being able to control portion sizes than it is getting it. On another note, I prefer chocolate to strawberry, Big D. 🍩🍫🍪

Idk, I think most on here think that you cannot eat even a bite of something like cake and still lose fat that day. They will say the say is ruined, start again tomorrow. Just look at the first commenter. Beware the carbs! They are just calories, sir. And I'm a strawberry/vanilla guy. I love me some strawberry milk and donuts...Mmmmm. I still eat plenty of chocolate! :)

And I can't blame them. Certain headlines will cause people to be misinformed. Those same misled people will comment on certain posts causing the misinformation to proliferate. I used to be like them. I would have a so-called forbidden food and then continue to "cheat" that day since it was already ruined, lol. So glad that is behind me.

I am way past it being hard for me or feeling guilty. I am talking about all the people who still do guilt, then just keep eating to fill the void. It's such an addiction, like alcoholism. I think the default is to lash out at those who can control their intake and really enjoy food. Even though many want to achieve what you have done, they're not going to do the work which ultimately results in a joy for life, health, and our relationship with food.
