It’s a good exercise to do a reality check. Sometimes I see people grossly underestimating their intake and not understanding why they’re “doing everything right” but not experiencing the weightloss. It happens here too but the scales don’t lie.  

I was going to eat the entire steak until I looked at the calories, it would’ve put me over 2000k calories for the day. I had half instead, it was enough of a taste but I wanted more. 🤤 I’m such a 🐷

I’m making mistakes with everyone else and it takes people who have done the same things to call me out to change course.  

I always get a reality check when I order an 8 oz steak and I get a tiny piece of meat :) 

8 oz is pathetically puny. I want a steak steak!

Yeah, I did go over by 5 oz. I am just greedy. Thought you might overlook that Wifey was 2 oz. closer.

56 is still an excellent guess especially with the distortion with the perspective! These are pretty fun to do. I will think of a new one soon.
