Wow! I almost was out the door with my A&W coupon for 2 Teen Combos!!!! I even looked up the carbs and calories (ugh), rationalized I could get the burgers lettuce-wrapped, diet root beer and just enjoy the fries. But I stopped. I thought about it. I am tired of cooking today; I was hoping for a bigger loss; I want something quick & junky. Honestly, what stopped me was the embarrassment of having to log it and for you to see what I truly ate. I do NOT want to see that scale go back UP ever again! I have fought for each little loss. Yes, creamy coleslaw and wieners are not a nutritionally balanced meal LOL but sometimes a girl just needs junky food. I guess for a food addict, this urge to eat crappy will not suddenly vanish. Anyways, I am proud I had a meal that was less than half the carbs of one Teen burger and similar calories. Happy Monday! :)
