One of my Father's Day presents, a 2.21 lb Tomahawk Steak 🥩 (aka giant ribeye). I have never had one before although have "eyed" them many times 😉. Chose to reverse sear it at the last minute, and was the right decision.
Roughly 22 minutes on each side in cast iron skillet @375 with ghee. Seared on grill for about 1 minute per side 2x to get the cross hatching. Probably slightly overdone but one if not the most delicious ribeyes I have ever had.
