I LOVE tamales. Something I was not a fan of years ago. I now make them sometimes other times I pick them up from Hispanic shops in the hood on my way home. I have my favorite places for authentic ones. YUMMM for sure. Bought them this week as the best ever healthy fast food. So easy to heat up the extras either in the microwave or over steam.

They didn't know better in the middle ages. Straight from breast milk to Mexican Coca Cola. It was my dad. He worked hard for a living and didn't spend time on the non existent internet learning about nutrition.

No one breastfeeds here anymore. The artificial milk is the new Coca-Cola. I wasn’t aware of anything when a kid but mom was crazy about cooking and whole foods, I think I discovered Coke at 10 or something lol. And my first McDonalds was at 12!
