Haha, I don't know but it seems to be helping on the calorie front. I also found out it is only 12 pounds. These things feel much heavier than they are for some reason. I thought it was 25 and my co-worker picked it up and thought it was 40 lol. Dead weight. I can't imagine people who have 10x this much excess weight on them moving about.

I ate 1110 calories of donuts on top of all my other food(3300 total calories) and still lost 1.2 so I bought a cake today to slow down the losses. :P
