With similar food back in April 2019, I managed to lose weight with fixing well three issues: high blood pressure, fatty liver index, and cholesterol. Now, only one to fix: LDL cholesterol. I am trying out the reference food in 2019 to see how it works. 🙏😊

That's a wise strategy! If it worked then, it may as well work now. However, if you don't mind an additional comment, I've been noticing fewer non-starchy plants in your photos, which as you know are also key to keep cholesterol at bay. Maybe it's just a wrong perception on my side, but I wanted to mention it just in case it helps you refine your current diet. You've got this!

You are right. I am supposed to eat more fiber. My target is 25g/day that I usually meet. But today I couldn’t. Only half was made. 🤭🙄

After visiting mom, I should go through a mini fasting. 😅🤭🙄
Plus, today is the last day of lunar new year holidays, so I didn’t work/drive (less calories consumed), plus could not walk out because of heavy storm. ⛈
As long as weekly average is met, I think it is alright. (I like this app because of the “report” function.)

LOL! I perfectly understand! After our Christmas + New Year + Three Kings celebrations, I enthusiastically embraced the Daniel's Fast because I so badly needed lighter, "cleaner" food. XDD
