Beautiful day in Southern California. Went hiking not real sure of the distance because it was a very long, steep incline that got my heart rate 120+ for about an hour. Guessing 2.5 miles. First tough hike of the year. Quite a few people on the trail really glad to see that people are doing healthy outdoor activities both for their physical and mental health.
