Went and did a sweltering garage workout. We did a little of everything(mostly chest lol) and then followed it up with some tire flips and battle ropes(using a fire hose). It was an awesome workout!

Thanks, buddy! It was killer, tire flips back and forth down my friends long drive way was really exhausting.

Keilin, the body's ability to gain fat is essentially limitless and in comparison muscle is very limited. You have to have a slight surplus and also a good workout program unless you're ok with gaining more fat than muscle, especially at my level, unfortunately. The good news is the more muscle you have, the more fat you can have while still looking good. It just takes a long time to gain it.

Well, that sounds great. I know I need to workout but I am being soo lazy. I have heavy things I can lift at home. But I am not doing it very often. I remember the only one Christmas that I maintained my lowest weight I was eating a lot and exercising morning and night 2 hours approximately. I was feeling great and looking great. But I don't do things like that for "threst of my life" 🤦🏾‍♀️
