28 reps dips after 6x bench press and all those exhausting leg presses AND 30 reps body weight inverted rows after all those exercises ?! Incredible in workout recovery ability.

It's called Strong. It's symbol is a blue dumbbell. Thanks, 60, Tassimo, and twarm! I am definitely happy with my recovery. Keeping the calories pretty high. Slowly losing fat. I was able to tighten my weight belt another notch today.

impressive weights. When I lifted seriously and did 705 leg presses, I was the strongest in my small gym. Men too often ignore legs, so good on you for doing the whole body. (and I never got over 100 in bench press, so don't get too impressed with the legs!)

Maybe 1.5 years ago. I would just do the same weight as my leg press. I do leg press, calf presses, rinse and repeat. So maybe from 300+ to what I am doing now.
