4 last month progress, I know I did not reach my weight goal, but I did not try to, I was looking more the quality of my body. And now, I will stop loosing weight and focus on my muscle and keeping the result.
PS: yearly progress is much more impressive

Hey guys, thanks. I got back trauma in October, I am still recovering. So I DID NOT TRAIN since then. This is pure calorie deficit. I can’t make bio-impedance, but I surely lost big part of my muscle tissue too, which is normal on a diet, but since I had only my walks and no weight lifting, I lost more. We can see our muscle appear after our fat % goes lower. I always was doing different sport whole life, but just now with a proper calorie counting I got rid of extra fat. I’ll post my full transformation tomorrow. ❤️ Have a great Friday-Funday!

It is always hard to start, it is hard to go on, hard to start over. But our failures does not define us. Try again and again- and you will get a progress. This 4 month progress I made thanks to my previous knowledge and habits, support (find your cheering team) and unfortunately last month with a lot of stress and lack of food (let’s be honest). Keep up! I am 1.69 m.
