I was digging in my bottomless wardrobe and found a bag with my old jeans....oooh gosh...Size 22 versus 16! But I am not finished yet and would like to lose another 7-8 kilos. It has been pretty hard this year to concentrate on losing weight so I decided to take time off for a year 🥳.
But I am happy that last year I have lost 30 kilos(66.1 lbs/4.72 st) and I feel myself very well 🥰🥰 !

Hello Hemmelyn, wow what a huge transformation very well achieved. You must be delighted. Keep up all the good work. I haven't been off work this week and put on 4.8lbs I'm not impressed. Still had a lot of Birthday treats. So back to the grind stone next week. Take care Merry Mel.
