what app are you using? and does it allow for supersets?

Thanks L2E, the "best" set goes by volume so it isn't showing the high end on weight. It's called Strong and has a blue dumbbell as an icon. I don't know if it allows supersets but I would think so, I'm too lazy, I just do rest pause sets and add them all up in one lol

Lol 😆 looking at you physique I couldn't tell if your lazy.. I did look at that one it's looks too technical for me.. but I will download and play around with it. Right now I'm using Rep count

I just use the app to determine my total volume or else I would take the time to separate it all into their own sets. Chrisw77 would definitely know. He's meticulous as hell, haha.

I have to come US FS version more often. I like to see people posting workouts and not just meals. This is what motivates a person like me right now at the blue line (not the amount of weight 🥴)! 👌👌

@ Rick thanks.. @ D360x what's your take on sets per week per muscle group? .. I've heard anything more than 12 sets a week causes muscle breakdown.. then I heard anything more than 22 cause breakdown.. I usually rest weekends and don't lift.. but my week workout is Monday though Wednesday a Push Pull Legs split and Thursday and Friday full body with weekends off..
