Workout was great. Instructor encouraged me to challenge myself and up weights. Felt good! Bonus..she singled me out in class for having great squat form!
Now off to see one of my favorite ex students! I had him in k and now he is in 6th grade!

Tr3, thank you for lovely compliment. As for my ex student, After he left to go to 1st grade I tutored him for 4 years. We became really close and I love that he still has good memories of me.

L mermee, I taught kindergarten. Always my favorite as they still like you and they are like sponges soaking in knowledge. I was that strict but loving teacher. I told my principal once to take my desk out of classroom cuz I never sat at it. I loved interacting with my class. I miss it sometimes...💜💜

Redporchlady thank you! I've been working hard to build my back and chest/shoulders up. My biceps and calves naturally are strong so they build quickly. I'll post in about a month to see if it makes a big difference.👍
