Member since 2010 on and off.Been back now since March 30,2020 was doing great until my second pregnancy in 2015 then my Dad passed 3 yrs ago and I fell off track gained a lot of weight 100 lbs to be exact was at a whooping 248 lbs at 5 ft 2 inches and became a type 2 Diabetic in 2018. Made me realize I really needed to do my best to reverse this disease at an early stage before is was too late.Struggled with ED since the age of 12 been good now for 10 yrs never want to go back but the fear is what contributed to gaining weight I avoided the scale, bad idea there has to be a balance. Lost 50 lbs before getting back on this app but, hit a plateau and still have 50 lbs to loose hopefully using my favorite app (fatsecret) I can get my body to continue burning fat. So far I have lost another 25 lbs as of July 16, 2020 on here. Yay!! Update as of 1/13/21 I have lost an additional 20 lbs for a total of 92 lbs lost 8 more pounds I got this💪 Update as of 2/19/21 I reached my goal weight of 148 lbs in a period of 10 months I'm glad I didn't quit. I did it with Keto and IF best thing that ever happened to me although it wasn't easy but I put my heart and soul into it and it worked.
