Welcome to Wonderful Wednesdays!

Had my Movement Assessment today with trainer. Yep, I am starting at the very basics! LOL Rather humbling and soooo many mirrors! This company's philosophy is more on functional movement, building up slowly and going the distance rather than intense workouts like HIIT. They encourage cardio via sports like walking outdoors, as much as possible. Very different from any other gym experience! So much information thrown at me, so a bit overwhelmed today.

Any suggestions how to keep cell phone on me - for tracking steps! I never carry my phone with me while at home, so only steps outside building are counted. Trainer wants a better idea of my day. Been sticking phone in my bra today LOL. Don't think most armbands would fit me?

Walking every other day, averaging about 3km+ per walk. Walking stick is more a safety item and maybe psychological crutch. Stay away winter! Let me keep on walking!
