Woke at 228.2, up 2.9 from yesterday. A perplexing level of water retention after a 1600 calorie day on which I hit my macros. We will definitely drop that this week. UPDATE: Starting to move the water enough to interrupt meetings! Down to 227.8 by lunchtime. Eat a large salad. UPDATE 2: Lost all the water today and back to 225.5 by dinnertime. I wonder if it was additives in the Costco Rotisserie chicken last night?
