Waking weigh in of 203.6 at 5:30, so up only 1.6 after yesterday's carb overload. Still have some water to move. Attending a two day conference at a hotel, but will resist any goodies for the remainder of the week. Ate protein bars and almonds at the conference but was cold all day and kept my coat on. Took me forever to get home and dragged myself in at 8pm. Weighed 204.2 coming in the door, but was famished and tired so I ate dinner before working out. Seriously thought about not working out, but sucked it up and burned off 1000 calories just before midnight. Felt better and got a 203.2. Hoping to be back on track tomorrow. Ate right on my calorie goal today.

LOL,!!!! $35 for a buffet breakfast/lunch would have kept me on my diet as well!!!!- If I was paying that, it better be a good Italian or Steak Dinner!

Wow, $35 bucks, that's more than enough incentive for you. Maybe that's what they need to do where I work...instead we (the staff) sample and test the food and recipes before it gets approved or not. Oh well...they're helping you on your way down.

Yep, 35 bucks for lunch would make me love my 100 calorie pack of almonds. I carry them everywhere. I commend you on the protein bars. They are like candy to me, hard to stop at one.
