My gym and pool partner went to Costa Rica (by herself) to join up with some kind of scientific expedition for a couple of weeks.— she is 77. Everyone has been asking where she is so I have been telling them that she is on a scientific expedition counting frogs. When she finds out she is either going to kill me or enjoy the joke.

Cmj29. — I have known this gal for a little over a year, we met at the pool. MAJOR SWIMMER. She had this trip planned just before we met or I would have gone along. She has done this type of thing all of her life. 6 years ago she got a wild hair and took off for a month to China on an expedition of some sort. She spent a few years in the peace corp.. she has been to almost every country in the world on either medical or scientific adventures. She is a nurse practitioner by profession and has been caught up and wounded in military conflicts. Amazing gal and she loves to hike.
