Yep, thanks J! It's one reason that I believe lifting is the best thing you can do for yourself. It's the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth. It's so tough to rewire yourself to take in less calories when you've done that for so long, but one thing you can do is make resistance training a habit and it will completely change your health.

Diablo. I completely agree with you about weightlifting. Anyone will see the fastest results with weightlifting. Of course adding cardio and following a calorie deficit diet helps as well. Great progress. You look awesome. You are living proof. 👏
