I lost the tan but I see more size in my forearm, tricep, shoulder and calf. Even the vein seems to be more prominent in the forearm.

You look good man. I've taken some of your full body stuff. I'm on my 10th straight day going to the gym and I love it. IDK why it's like you mentioned. If I keep coming I don't feel as sore as if I take a day or 2 a week off. I just have to be smart about it.

Nice Joe, I think your body autoregulates to the routine. You'll instinctively know when to take it a little easier. I am taking some days off now instead of going 7 days a week. Tracking my workouts is making me push harder.

Definitely more muscle! And you weigh more. Love it. People who lift weights seriously have to get over the up ticks on the scale. If you’re doing everything right, you know it’s not fat so don’t panic.

Thanks, guys! I like that I was standing in pretty much the same spot maybe half a foot further back in the before picture, but the comparisons are really close so you can really tell that the difference is genuine and not just angles or lighting.
