Thanks! Most stretching comes from doing very good range of motion on all exercises. Other than that, I do some dynamic stretching between sets. Mostly swinging my arms or doing the shoulder stretch where you grab your elbow underhanded and pull across.

What Diana said. I wondered what stretching would be like when a person is at the muscle composition you're at. I am fascinated to learn all the techniques and planning that goes into building up muscles. I'm glad that all you gals and guys out there who lift post about it. Helps us who don't, learn lots! 💚
