Woke at 218.2, up 1.6 from this time yesterday. That's after a restaurant meal, two drinks, no workout, and four hours of sleep (for three consecutive nights). Some rest will shake things up this weekend. All day in training so not sure what meal options will be. Brought two Quest bars as an insurance policy. UPDATE: Found a great salad for lunch (a placed called Brown Bag, I highly recommend it). Had to attend a funeral after work, so Jason picked me up at the metro late. We ended up going out for dinner at a local BBQ place. Had a wonderful chopped salad with meat, but did eat a few ribs. Somehow a few beers got into me, too! Wouldn't trade the time with my son for the world. So over on calories, but will make it up on Saturday.
