Thankfully, I can get back to exercising on Monday since the skin cancer procedure last Wednesday. It will not be full blown, but at least the muscles can be stretched and do some bike riding. Hope all have had a great weekend. God is good !!

God is good! ❤️ Slow and easy does it! I feel ya, I spent last week on the couch with the flu. It's like the 3rd time this year my workouts have been on hold for circumstances beyond my control. Hang in there!!
