(Second journal entry for today -- first one was done right after midnight and reflects yesterday's info). Woke at 212.2, down. 6 from yesterday morning. New food intake calculations are working great so far. Actually got to eat an extra Quest bar and some protein powder in decaf coffee after my workout last night. Bonus! Doctor's appointment this afternoon to check on slight anemia discovered during my recent physical. Have a great day! UPDATE: Fasted until 3:30 pm and came home a 211.2 weigh in. Time for a late lunch!

If you're on the treadmill, have you tried using the hand grips to determine your heart rate vs the fitbit? Also have Denise standing close by to do a physical wrist check.
