HAPPY APRIL!!!!! It's a new month on a Monday; it's a sign LOL
The extra "food holidays" are over until Thanksgiving (whew!); it's slowly becoming Spring here in Calgary which means I am very eager to spend time outside.
We have 28 weeks until Thanksgiving; 6 1/2 months to be active & enjoy the garden bounties!
What do you want to accomplish this Spring/Summer?
Myself, my goal is 245 lbs (or less).. I haven't lost weight in 5 years. No more excuses!
