April: lost 10.5 lbs, so that's a start! Haven't been using my Emotional Eating workbook past 10 days and I haven't really been much on track: there's something to journalling and working thru it! Back to the workbook tonight; fridge full of healthy options, so look out May!

Biggest walk (outside) in April was 5,000 steps (felt great!) Snow this morning and again in the forecast boooo (Calgary) but hope moisture helps preventing wildfires. May is time to step up my diet & exercise game!
