My name is Paul, I'm 37 yr man from Vancouver BC, Canada.
Life has been quite the adventure for me. From struggling with Drug/Alcohol addiction & being homeless, to other ailments like Celiac disease, Asthma, and chronic injuries, I've struggled to be "at my best" for many years.
I discovered fat secret in 2016 and it changed my life.
After going through a divorce and the loss of my job of 12 years, I've recently recommitted and I'm passionate about getting back in top shape this summer!
No matter how many times life knocks us down, we need to get right back up!
